She graduated in Medicine from the University of Valencia in 2009. Between 2009 and 20013 she completed her pediatric residency at the HUiP La Fe in Valencia, specializing in the field of neonatology. During 2012 she enjoyed a foreign fellowship at the Women and Infants Hospital (Rhode Island, EEUU) gaining experience in clinical research. She has participated in a pilot project dealing with screening of congenital heart disease in newborns by means of pulsioximetry. Currently she is forming part of the Neonatal Research Unit, participating in research projects focusing on the infant sudden death. She is a member of the “Sociedad Valenciana de Pediatría” since 2009.
